Spencer took a 3 hour nap in the morning, which put me in a very good mood, so I decided we should try a little finger painting.
Spencer looks so proud of his work in this picture. He is putting the finishing touches on. Luckily there is a little less paint on him then on the paper.
This is the floor after our adventure. It was pretty fun though- and the paint was very washable, thank goodness!

Blue Bullet Tour
On Friday our neighbor took us to see the hiking sights near our house. We rode in his car, the "blue bullet" because you needed a 4 wheel drive. First we climbed up to see a view of the school from above.
These toe-holds were carved into the rock.
This is the view from the top.
On the way up there were lots of sink holes, they were pretty deep. Devon thought about climbing into this one for a picture- but we didn't know if he could get out!
This is the view of the school from the top- it was pretty far down. "You can really see how populated the area is in this picture.
This is us on the top. It was super windy!
Next we went to find some ancient ruins. To get to them we had to crawl through some small holes. This is me crawling in.
Here is what Devon has to say about the ruins.
Devon had to slither through the holes to get out- they were pretty small.
This was the last stop on our hike. This is called "Teardrop." This took a total of about 2 hour including driving time. It is pretty nice to live in a tourist trap!

Burger King
Burger King
At Burger king Spencer learned to go down the tube slide. At first he could not figure out how to get his feet in front of him before he would slide, or fall down. He was getting the hang of it though by the time I took this video.

On Thursday we had some rain storms in the afternoon. I took Spencer out to see if he liked the rain- and he really liked the puddles! He ran through them for about 20 minutes- which is longer than he does anything else. It took two days to dry out his shoes, but it sure was fun!
I had to post one more video because it was so cute!

We went to our first Monument Valley football game on Friday. Devon was taking tickets- so we didn't get to many pictures because I was chasing Spencer. The first one is us getting ready. Spencer is pointing to the ball on his shirt. The second one is at the game. It was pretty fun- and we won! Go Cougars!
